About

Software for people who answer their own customers

inrelay exists because the tools for small support teams made everyone choose between two bad options.

The fork

Why this exists

If you run a small shop, support software offers you a fork. Down one path are the enterprise help desks — priced per seat, per ticket or per AI resolution, so the bill climbs exactly when your busiest month hits. Down the other are the automation tools that promise to answer your customers for you, entirely, and hope you never read what the bot actually said.

Neither path was built for the person who reads their own DMs at midnight because they care what goes out under their name. That’s who inrelay is for.

inrelay is the AI-native shared inbox where a human stays in the loop. The agent reads every message, tags what it’s about, drafts a reply in your voice and routes it to the right teammate — and then it stops, because the send button belongs to you.

The beliefs

What we believe

Approval beats autopilot. An AI that drafts and a human who approves gets you the speed without the 3am apology thread. Nothing sends until someone on your team says so — that rule is load-bearing, and it’s its own page.

Flat pricing is the honest kind. Charging per seat punishes you for hiring; charging per resolution punishes you for succeeding. inrelay is flat per account, teammates are never priced, and the only number is the AI reply budget you set yourself. No per-resolution fees. Ever. No silent upgrades.

Real work deserves a real app. Support is a place you live, not a tab you lose. inrelay is desktop-native for Mac and Windows, with a mobile companion for the moments in between.

Software can be cozy. Warm, quiet, unhurried — a tool that works your inbox down while you sleep and greets you with a short morning brief, instead of a dashboard shouting in red.

Early days

Where we are

inrelay is a small product, built carefully, early in its life. No logo wall, no invented testimonials — when real customers want to say nice things, we’ll quote them, with permission. Until then the honest pitch is the product itself: see it in twenty minutes, or just start using it.
