The agreement between your team and inrelay — what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
inrelay is a shared inbox: it connects your support channels, and an AI agent triages conversations, drafts replies, and routes threads to teammates. Drafts are suggestions — a person on your team approves every message before it sends, and your team is responsible for what it approves.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens in your workspaces. Each workspace has an owner who controls membership, billing, and deletion.
Your conversations, contacts, notes, and knowledge base belong to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — storing your content, sending it to the vendors listed at /subprocessors, and processing it as described in the privacy policy. We claim no other rights to it.
Do not use inrelay to send spam, break the law, infringe others’ rights, or probe or disrupt the service. Channel connections must respect the terms of the connected platform.
Paid plans are billed per account. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.
You can cancel at any time; we can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. After termination you can export your data for a limited window before deletion.
